Very good cheaper version of more expensive known brands. My only fault is when the supports are in, my 11 daughter said they rub and so I had to put tape on the sides of her ankles and on her Achilles to prevent rubbing and blister formation

I saw your review and appreciate your feedback!
Our Ankle Braces are almost identical to the "ASO Ankle Braces with Plastic Stays" model
This was their next generation model which added the Plastic stays from the previous version to give additional support to the ankle laterally.
In saying that we do know from personal experience with our 2 girls whose Ankle joints do protrude a bit they can rub. To resolve this you simply remove they stays that it why there is the removable option.
Ankle Braces will still give your daughter the support she needs as the key function of the Brace is the lace up boot locks the heel into place and the figure 8 cross over straps replicate Strapping Tape.

Just wanting to pass on; for 25 years I have been strapping my ankles with tape to play - soccer, all forms of rugby, and now touch for the last 10 years.
Due to rolled ankles whilst playing sport at school, it has become a necessity for me to tape them, otherwise I risk further injury.
I am now converted to using your ankle guards. !
Using them last night, with no adverse effects to my running. Easily fitting inside the boot.
To me the up front cost was always prohibitive , with i thought only one major brand out there.
I am glad I found your product and company online. The guards look well made, they are great value for the pair. I am still wearing the knee guard today , to assist recovery
